Necklace

STEP 1
Using EUROTOOL® hole punch pliers, punch one 1.25mm hole 1/4 inch from the edge on the bottom point of the copper 45x42mm single-sided textured pentagon pendant.

Repeat to punch a hole 1/4 inch from the edge on the right and left points on the pentagon pendant.

Repeat to punch a hole 1/4 inch from the edge, half way between the left hole and the bottom hole on the pentagon pendant and a hole 1/4 inch from the edge, half way between the right hole and the bottom hole on the pentagon pendant.
STEP 2
Place a copper brad through the loop on the top of a copper-plated 34x19mm marquise setting (front to back) and the punched hole on the bottom of the pentagon (front to back). Use a ball peen hammer and a steel block to finish the rivet on the back of the pentagon.

Repeat to attach a copper-plated 34x19mm marquise setting to each of the four remaining holes on the pentagon pendant.
STEP 3
Using flush-cutters, cut the loop off of an antiqued brass-finished 27x24 fancy sun charm.
STEP 4
Mix Araldite® Standard Epoxy according to manufacturer's instructions. Place a thin layer of adhesive on the back of a Swarovski 32x17mm faceted marquise jet fancy stone and a small amount on the inside the first copper-plated 34x19mm marquise setting. Press the stone into the setting. Repeat to attach Swarovski 32x17mm faceted marquise jet fancy stones into the center and fifth settings and Swarovski 32x17mm faceted marquise crystal golden shadow fancy stones into the second and fourth settings. Let the epoxy set for 90 minutes. Make sure to use proper ventilation when using this product.

Repeat to attach the antiqued brass-finished 27x24 fancy sun charm onto the center of the copper 45x42mm single-sided textured pentagon pendant and an 8mm flat round mother-of-pearl shell cabochon in the center of the sun charm.
STEP 5
Using flush-cutters cut the following:
  • Two 4-1/2 inch lengths of copper 13.5mm textured round chain (leave the hook clasp on one end)
  • Two 4-inch lengths of 22-gauge copper wire
  • Two 4-inch lengths of 28-gauge copper wire
STEP 6
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers, round-nose pliers and flush-cutters, form a 4mm wrapped loop on the straight end of one 4-inch length of 22-gauge wire. String one copper 10x5mm bead cap (wide portion of cap over the loop), one antiqued gold-plated 7x3.5mm flower bead cap (wide portion of cap facing away from the previous bead cap), one Swarovski 8mm bicone jet crystal and one antiqued gold-plated 7x3.5mm flower bead cap onto the wire. Finish the straight end of the wire with a wrapped loop.

Repeat to create a total of two 8mm bicone wrapped beading links.
STEP 7
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open one 5mm jumpring. Pass it though the last link on the first 4-1/2 inch length of chain and the wrapped loop (next to the crystal) on one 8mm bicone wrapped beading link. Close the jumpring.

Repeat to attach a 5mm jumpring to the last link on the second 4-1/2 inch length of chain opposite of the hook and the wrapped loop (next to the crystal) on the second 8mm bicone wrapped beading link.
STEP 8
Using flush-cutters, cut a 12-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire. String onto the wire one crimp tube. Pass the wire through the wrapped loop under the bead cap on the first 8mm bicone wrapped beading link and back through the crimp tube, leaving one end of the wire approximately 1-inch long. Pull the crimp tight against the jumpring so the wire is formed into a nicely curved tube. Place a small amount of adhesive inside the crimp (Loctite® optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim the excess wire from the short end.
