Earrings with Swarovski Crystal, Antiqued Gold-Plated Brass Beads and Accu-Flex® Beading Wire

STEP 1
Cut two 16-inch lengths of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire.
STEP 2
String one 5x3mm crimp tube onto approximately 1/2 inch of one end of one length of wire.

Small Loop

STEP 3
Continue to string the following:
  • Repeat this sequence to string two sets:
    • One powder almond 3mm round pearl
    • One 2mm crimp
  • Repeat this sequence to string two sets:
    • One powder almond 4mm round pearl
    • One 2mm crimp
STEP 4
Continue to string one powder almond 6mm round pearl then repeat Step 3 in the opposite direction.

Bring the end of the wire up through the crimp and then back down creating a loop.

Tip:
  • The wire can be held in place with either a Bead Stopper™ or by pulling enough of the wire through the crimp tube.
  • The size of the loop may be adjusted prior to crimping the crimp tube.

Medium Loop

STEP 5
String the following onto the beading wire:
  • One light peach satin 4mm bicone
  • One 2mm crimp
  • One powder almond 3mm round pearl
  • One 2mm crimp
  • Repeat this sequence to string two sets:
    • One light peach satin 4mm bicone
    • One 2mm crimp
  • One gold-plated brass 5mm corrugated round
  • Repeat this sequence to string three sets:
    • One 2mm crimp
    • One light peach satin 4mm bicone
STEP 6
Continue to string the sixth 2mm crimp bead on the small loop.

Bring the end of the wire up through the crimp and then back down creating a loop.

Large Loop

STEP 7
String the third 2mm crimp bead on the small loop and the second 2mm crimp bead on the medium loop.

Continue to string the following:
  • One light peach satin 4mm bicone
  • One 2mm crimp
  • One powder almond 6mm round
  • One 2mm crimp
  • One light peach satin 4mm bicone
  • One 2mm crimp
  • One powder almond 3mm pearl
  • Repeat this sequence to string three sets:
    • One 2mm crimp
    • One light peach satin 4mm bicone
  • The eight 2mm crimp bead from the small loop
STEP 8
Bring the end of the wire up through the crimp and then back down creating a loop.

Crimp then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire from the small and medium loops.

Tip:
  • If a Bead Stopper was used, it can be removed prior to crimping.
  • The lengths and sizes of the loops can be adjusted prior to crimping.
STEP 9
Pass the loop on one leverback earwire through the remaining loop from Step 8 then close.
STEP 10
Repeat Steps 2 - 9 to create a second earring.
