Using flush-cutters, cut two 10-inch lengths of gold-plated 34-gauge wire.
Using scissors cut seventy 3-1/2 inch lengths of peacock feathers.
Use E-6000® Jewelry and Craft Adhesive according to manufacturer's instructions. Place a layer of adhesive on the center of the back of a Swarovski and gold-plated 22mm filigree flower sew-on component. Press the top of 35 peacock feathers into the adhesive. Place a thin layer of adhesive on the center of the back of a second Swarovski and gold-plated 22mm filigree flower sew-on component. Press the second filigree flower onto the feathers making sure to line the filigree flowers up back to back. Let the adhesive set for 24 to 72 hours for maximum strength. Make sure to use proper ventilation when using this product.
Repeat to create two flower and feather components.
Using chain-nose pliers wrap the end of a 10-inch length of wire around the outside edge of the filigree flower on the back side of the component (starting with the petal on the right side of the feathers) four to five times to secure the wire in place. Pass the wire through the flower and feather component on the front side. Continue to weave the wire around the edge of the front and back petals around the perimeter of the filigree flowers. Wrap the wire around the edge of the flower petal to the left of the feathers four to five times to secure in place. Use flush-cutters to cut any excess wire. Tuck the end of the wire between the filigree flowers.
Repeat on the second flower and feather component.
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open a 4mm jumpring. Pass it through the filigree portion of the tip of the petal at the top of the first flower and feather component. Make sure to pass the jumpring through both the back and front filigree flowers. Close the jumpring.
Repeat to attach a second 4mm jumpring next to the first jumpring on the opposite side of the tip of the petal.
Open a 4mm jumpring. Pass it through the two jumprings from Step 5 and the loop on an earwire. Close the jumpring.
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 to create the second earring.
