Bracelet with Kato Polyclay™ and Black Onyx Gemstone Beads

Condition a 1-ounce block of metallic copper, metallic silver and metallic gold clay separately in your polyclay roller machine.
Roll the sheets to the second thickest setting of your polyclay roller.
Set the sheets next to each other on your working surface. Spray the textured rubber stamp with a fine mist of water and lay the texture sheet down against the clay.
Using an acrylic rod, firmly roll across the texture sheet impressing the texture deep into the clay. Only roll across the surface one time, as the image may blur with multiple rollings.
Choose a section of the sheet that appeals to you and press the 30mm circle Klay Kutter™ straight down over the silver clay. Repeat to make a gold and copper 30mm circle. Then take the copper circle and with the cutter, cut a semicircle approximately 1/3 the size of the circle. Cut the silver circle in a 1/3 semicircle as well, then cut that piece in an arc that will fit against the right edge of the copper semicircle. Lastly, cut the gold circle into a fan shape to fit into the copper and silver pieces to complete a full circle again. Use the circle cutter to reshape the outer edge of the newly formed tri-color 30mm circle.

Repeat to create two tri-color 20mm circles.

Using an artist brush gently add mica powder to each cricle.
Bake for 30 minutes at 275 degrees Fahrenheit. Remove the circles from the oven and allow them to cool.
Using flush-cutters, cut a 10-inch length of Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire. String onto the wire two crimp tubes. Position the first crimp on the wire at 4.5 inches from the first end of the wire. Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Position the second crimp 1 inch from the previous crimp and crimp the crimp tube.
Open the black Apoxie® Sculpt, 2-part epoxy molding compound. Mix equal parts of the epoxy for two minutes, or until thoroughly combined, to create a putty-like texture.
Work a generous amount of the Apoxie into a 1.5 inch disc approximately 3/8 inch, making the center section of the Apoxie thinner to accommodate the 30mm clay disc. Position the beading wire and two crimp beads into the center of the Apoxie and press the crimps firmly into the Apoxie. Next place the 30mm tri-color clay disc into the Apoxie over the beading wire. Work the Apoxie up around the edge of the 30mm tri-color clay disc to make a 1/8 inch rim around the outer edge. Smooth the epoxy using your finger or a piece of non-stick worksheet.
String onto the beading wire, one brass 1.8x1.4mm tube, one black onyx 8mm round bead and one brass 1.8x1.4mm tube.
String onto the wire two crimp tubes. Position the first crimp on the wire 1/4 inch from the last bead and crimp the crimp tube. Position the second crimp 3/4 inch from the previous crimp and crimp the crimp tube.
Repeat Step 9 to create a 1-1/8 inch disc of Apoxie and attach it along with one 20mm tricolor clay disc to the wire.
Repeat Steps 9 - 12 on the opposite side of the beading wire.
Gently press the deco wheel texturing tool across the upper surface of the Apoxie around each of the clay discs. Use the large dot texturing tool to make dot impressions every 1/8 inch along the outer edge of each of the three discs. Use the fine point texturing tool to create fine point dots along the entire back surface of each of the discs. Be careful to not hold the discs too firmly to avoid finger prints and to not pull the beading wire through the back of the Apoxie.

Turn the discs to the front side. Using an artist brush apply mica powder to the visible edge of the Apoxie.Apply a layer of Magic-Glos® over the 30mm tri-color disc to create a domed gloss finish over the clay. Repeat to add a gloss finish to the two 20mm tri-color discs.

Allow 24 hours for complete hardening.
After the discs have hardened, string one black onyx 6mm round bead, one black onyx 8mm round bead, one black onyx 6mm round bead, one black onyx 8mm round bead, one black onyx 6mm round bead, one crimp tube and one gold-plated Accu-Guard™ onto the beading wire on one side of the bracelet.
String one jumpring onto the Accu-Guard and pass the wire back through the crimp tube. Make sure there is no slack along the length of the first part of the bracelet. Place a small amount of gel adhesive inside the crimp (optional).

Using the crimping pliers, crimp the crimp tube. Using flush-cutters, trim excess wire from the end.
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and flat-nose pliers, open one 4mm jumpring. Pass it through the loop on the end of the lobster claw clasp. Close the jumpring.
Repeat Steps 15 and 16 to finish the opposite end of the bracelet attaching the wire to the jumpring attached to the clasp.
