STEP 2
Place a Bead Stopper™ on one end of one 11-inch length of beading wire then string one sterling silver 2x2mm crimp bead.
STEP 3
Continue to string the following:
  • One gunmetal-plated 26x14mm "V" connector

  • One gunmetal-finished 3mm round
  • One magnesite blue 8mm round
  • One gunmetal-finished 3mm round
Repeat this sequence to string a total of two sets.
STEP 4
Pass the end of the beading wire through the crimp bead from Step 2. Remove the Bead Stopper from the opposite end and pull the ends so the crimp rests snug against the beads creating a millefiori glass component.
STEP 5
Repeat Steps 2 - 4 to create a total of two millefiori glass components.
STEP 6
String onto the 8-inch length of beading wire one sterling silver 2x2mm crimp bead and one Accu-Guard™ wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp bead. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Place a small amount of adhesive (Loctite®) inside the crimp (optional).

Using crimping pliers crimp the crimp bead. Using flush-cutters trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Place one gunmetal-plated 3mm crimp cover over the crimp bead then gently close it.
STEP 7
String onto the beading wire twenty-four magnesite blue 6mm rounds then repeat Step 6 to secure the strand.
STEP 8
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 to string the following strands:
  • 9-inch length of beading wire: twenty-seven magnesite blue 6mm rounds
  • 10-inch length of beading wire: thirty magnesite blue 6mm rounds
  • 11-inch length of beading wire: twenty-four magnesite blue 8mm rounds
  • 12-inch length of beading wire: twenty-nine magnesite blue 8mm rounds
  • 14-1/2 inch length of beading wire: thirty-six magnesite blue 8mm rounds
  • 15-1/2 inch length of beading wire: forty-three magnesite blue 8mm rounds
STEP 9
Using a pair of chain-nose pliers and bent-nose pliers open fourteen gunmetal-plated 4.5mm 22-gauge jumprings, four 5.5mm jumprings and fourteen 4.5mm 20-gauge jumprings.
STEP 10
Pass one 5.5mm jumpring through the loop on one portion of a black-finished 22x16mm hammered toggle clasp and the first link on one end of one 2-1/2 inch length of 3mm cable chain. Close the jumpring.

Pass the one 5.5mm jumpring through the last link on the opposite end of the 3mm cable chain and the first link on the end of seven 3-1/4 inch lengths of 3mm figure-8 chain and close.
STEP 11
Using 4.5mm 20-gauge jumprings attach the last link on the opposite end of each length of 3mm figure-8 chain to one loop on the connector on one end of one millefiori glass component.

Using 4.5mm 20-gauge jumprings attach one end of each magnesite strand to one loop on the connector on the opposite end of the millefiori glass component, graduating the strands from shortest to longest.
STEP 12
Repeat Steps 10 and 11 using the second portion of the toggle clasp to create the second half of the necklace.
