What inspired this design?
The beach and the colors of the ocean on a sunny day.
How did it come together?
It had a mind of its own. I did not plan it out.

When and how did you begin making jewelry/beading?
I recently was part of the downsizing trend, so I went back to school and started with graphic design, so I just started taking classes on metal and jewelry.
Who introduced you to beading?
Started on my own.
Do you have an artistic background?
I always enjoyed making things.

Search engine on the internet.
What other hobbies do you have?
Glass working.

What role does jewelry-making play in your life?
This is very relaxing thing to do. I would this to be full-time, but at this time, it is just part-time.
If you used jewelry-making as a way to bring in income, how are you selling yourself and your jewelry?
Enter contests, word of mouth, Etsy.
Do you participate in any charity fundraisers?
I am looking to start with beads of courage.

Keep beading, get DVD's, books, talk to people. |
