Ring with Crystal Passions® Chatons and Polymer Clay

- Chaton, Crystal Passions rhinestone, crystal clear, foil back, 1.5-1.6mm round, PP9 (22 chatons)
- Ring finding, silver-finished brass, 4-7.5mm wide with 17x4mm channel, size 7.5 (1 ring)
- Polymer clay

Chaton, Crystal Passions rhinestone, Indian pink, foil back, 3-3.2mm round (4 chatons)
STEP 1
Wearing vinyl gloves pinch and roll clay in fingers on an acrylic slate to desired thickness.
STEP 2
Adhere the clay in the open channel of the ring.
STEP 3
Use thumb in a horizontal motion to smooth and get desired thickness.
STEP 4
Attach Crystal Passionss onto the clay in the channel of the ring starting with the PP24 along the middle of the ring (making sure to leave about 1.5-2mm at both the right and left side of the end of the ring).
STEP 5
Completely surround the last Indian pink (PP24) on each end of the ring with the crystal clear PP9 chatons (creating a circle).
STEP 6
Add 2 crystal clear PP9 chatons between the circle of clear crystal and the second pink rhinestone on both sides, then add 1 crystal clear rhinestone in the last spot (between the two PP24s in the middle).
STEP 7
Remove any excess clay around the grooves before baking in an oven at 275 degrees Fahrenheit (135 degrees Celsius) for 18 minutes *(approximately 15 minutes per 6mm).
