In this jewelry-making product spotlight, see how to use award-winning mixed media artist Lisa Pavelka's versatile Signature Series Poly Bonder™ glue that is rated heat safe for baking with polymer clays.
Although Lisa Pavelka Signature Series Poly Bonder is considered super glue, it is safe to bake with all types of polymer clays and is rated to bake at up to 320 degrees Fahrenheit.
Strongly bond clays together by applying a small amount of Poly Bonder to one piece of clay then apply the second piece of clay to the adhesive. Set aside to dry for several seconds to allow adhesion. To further bond the two clays together, place them into a preheated clay craft oven and bake according to manufacturer's instructions.
This same simple process also allows unbaked clay to bond with an already baked design, which under normal circumstances will not work well.
