I am having trouble with the tension on my bracelets/necklaces when doing the second side of them. No matter how much I pull the wire through the crimp bead there is always a gap between the crimp and beads. What can I do?

To ensure a professional finish when using crimp beads, thread the end of the beading wire back through one to two of the last beads strung so the end of the wire emerges a small distance from the end of the strand then crimp. Trim the beading wire close to the last bead leaving a beautifully finished piece. Adding a crimp cover to each end of the strand will take some space on either side of the crimp and help to fill any gaps.
