Topics: Unexpectedly Wavy Bracelet

Q.
I am reworking a bracelet into a necklace and am using sterling silver tube beads. When I finished the necklace I noticed it looked wavy. I used 0.15 wire with a plastic coating that seems wavy off the roll.

From the information that you have provided, it appears that the wire you are using has kept the "wavy" shape that it has been stored in. Generally, the weight of the beads in your design will straighten the beading wire. We recommend using our Accu-Flex® professional-quality beading wire for your designs. This is a kink-resistant, strong beading wire that still offers flexibility when worn. It is available in a variety of diameters and colors to suit most any jewelry-making need.
