Q.
I am losing strength in my hands and can't keep the tension tight while I'm beading. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can do? I am working on bracelets right now.

Using a "third hand" can be very helpful when beading. The tweezers can keep your tension tight and you only have to use one of your hands to bead. I've seen folks use two of these (I guess that would be a fourth hand), to hold the project tightly and have their hands free to do the beading.
