Multi-purpose, non-fraying polyester thread is "silky" smooth the entire length, ideal for leather stitching, book binding, jewelry making, embroidery, crochet, wrapping, braiding and hand sewing. Fits size 0 hand sewing needle. Made of incredibly strong, high-tenacity polyester fiber with no actual strands, it is pressed and twisted to emulate the look and feel of silk thread. This thread is UV resistant, featuring bright and vibrant colors that won't fade or bleed. Thread is sold on a roll and waxed to reduce tangling, protect surfaces and ensure easier use. Due to the manufacturing process, thread may vary slightly in color and length from lot to lot.
