Shrinkage: 24% to 28%.
Firing options: Kiln fire at 1,650°F (898°C) for 30 minutes to achieve the highest hardness and maximum durability. For a lower-temperature option, kiln fire at 1,110°F (598°C) for 45 minutes. Clay can also be torch-fired at high temperature for 2 minutes or longer.
