Acai (a,sa'i) nuts come from the acai palm tree in the Amazon. Harvesting only the nuts, not the trees, makes these beads a renewable and sustainable resource which helps preserve the Amazon rainforest. Package includes 10 of each color: green, red, pink, turquoise blue and orange. As beads are a natural material, size, color and shape may vary. Dyes penetrate just the first layer allowing carved patterns and designs to reveal the natural nut beneath the surface. Testing for colorfastness is recommended.
