Amazonite, sometimes called "Amazon stone," is known for its semi-opaque blue-green colors. Formed from a variety of microcline feldspar, amazonite can range from light green to greenish blue to deep blue-green shade. May include milky-white and tan cloudiness or streaking. Gorgeous hand-cut gemstone drops are available in packages of 2, ideal for creating earrings or matching on strung designs. Beads are temporarily strung with silver-plated copper spacers to protect against chipping and coordinating tassels at the end for a pleasing display. Sizes, shapes and colors may vary.
