Can Apoxie Sculpt be used with polymer? Ex: If I make say a bezel type pendant and want to inlay it with a cab gemstone can I use the Apoxie Sculpt if I choose?

Once you have completed baking your polymer bezel-type pendant, it is advised to use Apoxie® Sculpt molding compound to inlay a cabochon, faceted gemstone or chaton. 

Blend the two parts of Apoxie Sculpt together following manufacturer's instructions. Firmly press the Apoxie Sculpt into place in the bezel then set the cabochon, faceted gem or chaton into the Apoxie Sculpt letting the Apoxie fully cure for 24 hours.

Note: Apoxie Sculpt as well as all other epoxies should not be heated—please review all manufacturer's guidelines when working with these products.
