Instructions
Cut a 13-inch length of 4mm gold-finished double round cable chain
Create a drop by stringing an 8mm banded amethyst round bead onto a 2-inch 21-gauge gold-plated head pin. Finish by making a simple loop in the end of the head pin.
Insert the loop end of a 2-inch 21-gauge gold-plated eye pin into the simple loop you just made. Then string an 8mm banded amethyst round bead onto the eye pin. Finish the eye pin with a simple loop. Repeat until you have twelve linked beads.
Attach one end of the 13-inch length of cable chain you cut in Step 1 to the last simple loop on the chain of linked beads.
At the other end of the cable chain, attach the bar end of a 17mm gold-finished round toggle clasp.
Cut three lengths of 3x2.5mm gold-finished cable chain: 2-inch, 2-3/4 inch and 3-1/2 inch.
Using a 4mm 20-gauge gold-plated jump ring, attach one end of the 2-inch chain to the round part of the 17mm gold-finished round toggle clasp. Attach the other end of the 2-inch chain just past the fourth bead from the top on the chain of amethyst beads.
Using a 4mm 20-gauge gold-plated jump ring, attach one end of the 2-3/4 inch chain to the round part of the 17mm gold-finished round toggle clasp. Attach the other end of the 2-3/4 inch chain just past the sixth bead from the top on the chain of amethyst beads.
Using a 4mm 20-gauge gold-plated jump ring, attach one end of the 3-1/2 inch chain to the round part of the 17mm gold-finished round toggle clasp. Attach the other end of the 3-1/2 inch chain just past the eighth bead from the top on the chain of amethyst beads.
