Instructions
Cut one 6-foot length of Fireline® thread.
Add a beading needle to the thread, almost doubling the length but leaving a tail so you are only working with one thread.
Note: It may be necessary to cut additional thread later in the design. If there are 6 inches or less of thread remaining, simply weave the remainder of the thread, looping through adjacent beads. Start a new length of thread by weaving through a few inches of beads, exiting where you left off then continue beading.
Pick up 13 seed beads. Slide the seed beads toward the end of the thread but leaving a 6-inch tail. Pass the beading needle through all 13 seed beads in the same direction, forming a loop.
Tie the thread together, securing the loop, then pass the needle through the next seed bead.
Pick up the following:
Pass the needle back through the sapphire 4mm round in the opposite direction.
Pick up two seeds beads, one Capri blue 4mm round and two seed beads then pass the needle back through the indicolite 4mm round and the first two seed beads of the loop in the opposite direction.
Pick up the following:
Pass the needle back through the Capri blue 4mm round from the previous row then pick up two seed beads, one sapphire 4mm round and two seed beads.
Pass the needle back through the second aqua bohemica 4mm round from the previous row then pick up the following:
Pass the needle back through the sapphire 4mm round in the opposite direction then pick up: two seed beads, one Capri blue 4mm round and two seed beads.
Pass the needle back through the indicolite 4mm round in the opposite direction then pick up two seed beads.
Repeat Steps 5 and 6 until the desired length is completed, leaving off the final two seed beads from the end of Step 6.
Pick up 13 seed beads. Pass the needle through all 13 seed beads in the same direction, forming a loop.
Weave the thread through 4 - 5 inches of beads to secure then trim excess thread.
String one Capri blue 4mm round onto a paddle pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a topaz drop and an emerald drop.
Attach each 4mm drop to each of the three bottom loops of one 17mm triangle drop.
Cut two 2-1/2 inch lengths of 8mm round chain (leaving the smaller links on each end) and one 3-inch length of 3.5mm curb chain.
Pass one oval jump ring through the seed bead loop on the end of the beaded net and the link on one end of a length of 8mm round chain then close.
Use an oval jump ring to attach a lobster claw clasp to the opposite end of the chain.
Use an oval jump ring to attach one end of a length of 8mm chain to the seed bead loop on the opposite end of the beaded net.
Attach one end of the length of 2.5mm curb chain to the end of the 8mm round chain using an oval jump ring then use a second oval jump ring to attach the top loop of the triangle drop to the opposite end of the 2.5mm curb chain to complete the necklace.
String one Capri blue 4mm round onto a paddle pin then form a simple loop. Repeat to create a second Capri blue drop.
Repeat to create two topaz 4mm round drops and two emerald 4mm round drops.
Attach one of each color drop to each of the three bottom loops of one 17mm triangle drop.
Repeat using the other triangle drop.
Attach an ear wire to the top loop of each triangle drop to complete the earrings.
