Instructions
Cut the following lengths of Berkley® Fireline® thread:
String the following onto a 1-1/2 inch head pin:
Form a simple loop, creating a white drop.
Repeat to create a total of four separate drops using the Capri blue, pineapple and hot pink seed beads.
Use the simple loop on the white drop to attach it to the first bottom loop on the moon charm. Repeat to attach each drop to a bottom loop in desired order.
Use one oval jump ring to attach the star charm to the top loop on the moon charm.
Make a cut in the middle of the chain. Cut one inch off from each length, keeping the ends with the clasps.
String one seed bead onto the end of the 15-inch length of thread and slide down to the end of thread. Tie an overhand knot to hold the seed bead into place. Pick up your bead tip and lay the seed bead inside the bead tip cup.
Optional: Place a small amount of adhesive inside the bead tip for added security.
Once the bead is lying in the bead tip, use a pair of flat-nose pliers and gently close the bead tip.
Continue to string the following onto the length of thread:
Note: The sequence of stringing is important as it is meaningful in Morse code: "Creativity is intelligence having fun."
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 to complete the beaded strand.
Use one 4mm jump ring to attach one end of the length of chain onto a bead tip on one end of the beaded strand.
Repeat to the opposite end to complete Strand 2.
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 using one 30-inch length of thread then continue to string the following sequence:
Repeat Steps 6 and 7.
String one 7x5mm oval jump ring onto a second 7x5mm oval jump ring. Close.
Repeat using the previous jump ring to create a short chain using a total of three 7x5mm oval jump rings.
Repeat to create a second short chain of oval jump rings.
Use one 4mm round jump ring to attach one length of chain created in Step 12 onto the end of the beaded strand created in Step 11.
Use one 4mm round jump ring to attach one clasp onto the opposite end of the length of chain.
Repeat Step 13 to attach the remaining length of chain created in Step 12 onto the opposite end of the beaded strand created in Step 11 to complete Strand 3.
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 using one 30-inch length of chain then string the following sequence:
Repeat Steps 5 and 6.
String one 7x5mm oval jump ring onto a clasp. Close.
Use one 4mm round jump ring to attach the previous oval jump ring onto the end of the beaded strand.
String one 7x5mm oval jump ring onto a second 7x5mm oval jump ring. Close.
Use one 4mm round jump ring to attach the oval jump rings onto the opposite end of the beaded strand to complete Strand 4.
Repeat Steps 6 and 7 using the remaining length of thread then string the following:
Repeat Steps 5 and 6.
Use one 4mm round jump ring to attach one 7x5mm oval jump ring onto one end of the strand.
Repeat to attach the clasp, completing Strand 5.
String the following onto a 1-inch eye pin:
Form a simple loop.
Use one 4mm round jump ring to attach the loop closest to the hot pink seed bead onto the loop on the ear wire.
Repeat to attach the star charm to the remaining loop.
