Cluster Bracelet with Crystal Passions® Pearl Beads and Pewter Toggle Clasp

Cut one 50-inch length of 0.25mm Invizi-Cord™ clear nylon monofilament and set aside.

Select three colors of 4mm crystal pearls and one 3x3mm metal bead style to use throughout the project.

Use a battery-powered bead reamer to gently remove any excess coating from the edges of the pearl bead holes. This step is important, as the cords will pass through the bead holes multiple times.

Thread both ends of the cord through the loop end of a 9mm silver-plated toggle clasp. Match the cord ends and pull them evenly away from the clasp so the clasp is centered on the cord and both ends are aligned.

Thread four 3x3mm silver-plated corrugated double cone beads onto both cords together, pushing them snugly against the clasp.

Separate the cords into right and left strands.

• The left cord will exit from the top of the balloon dog (head and ears).
• The right cord will exit from the underside of the balloon dog.

This orientation remains consistent throughout the project.

Balloon Dog Construction

1. Thread two pearls of one color onto the right cord.
2. Thread one pearl of the same color onto the left cord.
3. Pass the left cord through the exit hole of the second pearl on the right cord and pull tight so all beads sit snugly together.
4. Thread two additional pearls of the same color onto the right cord.
5. Pass the left cord through both of these pearls and pull tight. The body is now formed. The left cord exits the top of the head. The right cord exits the front of the dog. 
6. To create the ears, thread two pearls onto the left cord.Pass the left cord back through the bottom of the head bead
7. Continue threading the left cord down through the body bead and out through the bottom of the front leg so it exits parallel to the right cord at the center front.
8. You should now have one completed balloon dog with four spacer beads behind it.

Repeat Step 4, alternating between your three selected pearl colors, until the desired bracelet length is achieved.

• To make the bracelet smaller, reduce the number of spacer beads at the front and back ends.
• To make the bracelet larger, add an additional balloon dog.

Thread four 3x3mm silver-plated corrugated double cone beads onto both cords, pushing them snugly against the final balloon dog.

Thread both cords through the eye of the toggle end of the 9mm silver-plated toggle clasp.

Tie a secure overhand knot approximately 1–2mm from the clasp eye.

Apply a small drop of Super Glue Future Gel® to the knot and allow it to dry for 5 minutes.

Thread both cord ends back down through the four spacer beads next to the knot, exiting before the balloon dog.

Pull the cords taut and trim excess cord close to the beads.
