- Dalmatian jasper, round bead natural 8mm
- Lava rock, round bead 8mm
- Bead gold-plated brass, 30x5mm curved tube
- Bead, gold-plated brass, 8x4mm smooth rondelle
- Cord, Powercord®, elastic, black, 0.8mm, 8.5-pound test
- Adhesive, E6000®, adhesive, clear
Instructions
Cut one (1) 10-inch length of Powercord® 0.8mm elastic cord. Pre-stretch the cord to condition it.
String one 30x5mm gold-plated curved tube bead onto the cord and slide it to the center.
String the following pattern onto one side of the tube bead:
- Three 8mm dalmatian jasper round beads
- One 8x4mm gold-plated smooth rondelle bead
- Three 8mm dalmatian jasper round beads
- Seven 8mm lava rock round beads
- Three 8mm dalmatian jasper round beads
- One 8x4mm gold-plated smooth rondelle bead
- Three 8mm dalmatian jasper round beads
Slide all beads snugly against the tube bead.
Bring both ends of the cord together and tie a surgeon’s knot. Pull tightly to secure.
Apply a small dab of E6000® clear adhesive to the knot. Allow it to dry completely, then trim the excess cord and tuck the knot inside the tube bead.
