Earrings with Swarovski Crystal Beads and Leather Cord

- Bead, Swarovski crystal, light Siam, 12mm diagonally-drilled wild heart (6 beads)
- Bead, Swarovski crystal, crystal AB, 17mm diagonally-drilled right- and left-facing wild heart (2 beads)
- Cord, black leather, 0.5mm (2 feet)
Earwire, TierraCast (2 earwires)
Jumpring, TierraCast, 6mm (2 jumprings)
Wire, 24 gauge (1 foot)

Cut leather into 4 pieces 6 inches long. Cut wire into 2 pieces 6 inches long. Attach one open jumpring to each earwire. Close jumpring.
Take (2) 6 inch pieces of leather and thread through one jumpring. Hold tails even. Take one piece of wire, while holding it over the leather strands begin to wire wrap towards the jumpring about 4 - 5 times, capturing all four leather strands. (Note: keep wire snug over the leather strands.) Nip off the ends of the wire and gently tuck the wire tails next to the coil made. Repeat for second side.
On one strand of leather thread (1) Swarovski wild heart bead art. 5743 12mm light Siam, (1) Swarovski wild heart bead art. 5743 17mm crystal AB and (1) Swarovski wild heart bead art. 5743 12mm light Siam. While moving the Swarovski beads out of the way, make an overhand knot at the end of the leather strand which holds the Beads in place. Repeat for second side.
On second strand of leather thread (1) Swarovski wild heart bead art. 5743 12mm light Siam. While moving the bead out of the way, make an overhand knot at the end of the leather strand which holds the bead in place. Repeat for the second side.
