Preserve copper, brass and bronze surfaces with this glossy, clear sealant for years of enjoyment. When applied, PermaLac® is expected to preserve material for approximately ten years with average use or exposure to the elements. Sealant has a two year shelf life after opening when stored in a cool, dry, dark storage space. Just spray, brush, roller coat or flow coat to easily apply. PermaLac® air dries to the touch in less than five minutes and hardens in approximately one hour. It can be forced dried faster at 250 degrees Fahrenheit. If a refinishing is needed, the coating can be removed easily by a conventional lacquer stripping technique. It provides tarnish protection, resistance to ultra-violet light and salty air environments.
PermaLac may be used on other materials such as wood and terracotta. Please test a small area of material to test before applying.
Please note, this item is sold with 0.7 fluid ounces PermaLac. The extra space in the bottle is intentional to accommodate the included brush.
