- Bead, gold-plated, 6x2mm heishi, brass
- Bead, jet, Crystal Passions® 8x7mm butterfly 5754
- Bead, lampworked glass, multicolored, 17x12mm/24x18mm caterpillar head and body
- Pearl, mystic black, Crystal Passions® 8mm gemcolors round 5810
- Head pin, gold-plated, 3 inch, 21 gauge brass
- Eye pin, gold-plated, 3.5 inch, 21 gauge brass
- Ear wire fishhook, 20mm / 3mm ball / 4mm coil / perpendicular open loop, 21 gauge gold-finished stainless steel
Earrings #2
- Bead, Czech glass druk, transparent cobalt, 8mm round
- Bead, lampworked glass, multicolored, 17x12mm/24x13mm caterpillar head and body
- Bead, silver-plated "pewter", 10x7mm butterfly / 2sided, antique
- Bead, silver-plated, 6x2mm heishi, brass
- Head pin, silver-plated, 2 inch, 21 gauge brass
- Eye pin, silver-plated, 3 inch, 21 gauge brass
- Ear wire fishhook, silver-plated, 18mm angular / 3mm ball / perfect balance / open loop, 22 gauge brass
Instructions
Earrings #1
Thread the following onto a 3.5-inch 21-gauge gold-plated eye pin:
- One Crystal Passions® 8mm mystic black round pearl
- One lampworked glass caterpillar body bead
- One black lampworked glass caterpillar head bead
- One 6x2mm gold-plated heishi bead
Finish the eye pin with a wrapped loop.
Thread a Crystal Passions 8x7mm black butterfly bead onto a 3-inch 21-gauge gold-plated head pin.
Finish the head pin with a simple loop.
Attach the butterfly drop created in Steps 3 and 4 to the loop at the bottom of the caterpillar earring.
Attach a 20mm 21-gauge gold-finished fishhook ear wire to the top of the caterpillar earring.
Repeat Steps 1 – 6 for the second earring.
Earrings #2
Thread the following onto a 3-inch 21-gauge silver-plated eye pin:
- One 8mm cobalt Czech glass druk bead
- One blue and green lampworked glass caterpillar body bead
- One blue lampworked glass caterpillar head bead
- One 6x2mm silver-plated heishi bead.
Finish the eye pin with a wrapped loop.
Thread a 10x7mm antique silver-plated butterfly bead onto a 2-inch 21-gauge silver-plated head pin.
Finish the head pin with a simple loop.
Attach the butterfly drop created in Steps 3 and 4 to the loop at the bottom of the caterpillar earring.
Attach an 18mm 22-gauge silver-plated angular fishhook ear wire to the top of the caterpillar earring.
Repeat Steps 1 – 6 for the second earring.
