Instructions
Cut one (1) 24-inch length of C-Lon® 0.5mm teal nylon cord.
Center the beads on the cord in the following pattern:
Repeat this pattern symmetrically, forming a centered row approximately 2 to 2-1/2 inches long.
Tie an overhand knot on each side of the beaded section to hold beads in place.
Create a macramé square knot section on each side of the beads (approximately 1-1/2 to 2 inches per side) for added texture and spacing, as shown in the photo.
For each side, continue to macrame two inches of weave and then tie an overhand knot. Leave another two inches of remaining cord and tie another overhand knot at the end.
Form a slider closure:
Trim the excess cord and tie overhand knots at each end. Optionally, add a small dab of E6000® clear adhesive to secure the knots.
Cut one (1) 10-inch length of Powercord® 0.8mm clear elastic. Stretch the cord gently to condition it.
String beads in the following pattern:
Repeat the pattern until the bracelet reaches 7-1/2 to 8 inches.
Tie a surgeon’s knot to secure. Pull tight.
Add a small dab of E6000 clear adhesive to the knot. Once the adhesive has dried, trim the excess cord. Tuck the knot into a nearby bead if possible.
