- Beading wire, Accu-Flex®, nylon and stainless steel, pearl, 49 strand, 0.019-inch diameter
Instructions
Cut two 16-inch lengths of Accu-Flex® 49-strand 0.019-inch diameter pearl professional-quality beading wire. Attach a bead stopper to one end of each wire.
String onto one beading wire: one 2mm sterling silver cut tube heavy-wall crimp and one Accu-Guard™ silver-plated 4mm tube wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard, leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp, then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a 4mm silver-plated corrugated round crimp cover.
Repeat for the second wire.
Take one of the beading wires. String 100 Delica #11 translucent glazed luster seafoam round seed beads onto the wire, followed by the following beads in your desired order, leaving six inches of beading wire at the end of the strand.

- 8mm Czech opaque light blue pearl-coated glass druk bead
- 6mm Czech opaque light blue pearl-coated glass druk bead
- 10x3mm silver-plated flower bead cap
- 8x2mm silver-plated fancy round cutout bead cap
- Dyna-Mites™ #8 silver-lined translucent clear round seed bead with square hole.
Repeat Step 3 for the second beading wire, taking care to match the order of the beads to the order of the beads on the strand created in Step 3.
Bring together the ends of both beaded wires and string onto both a 8x2mm silver-plated fancy round cutout bead cap, a Crystal Passions 10mm crystal AB globe bead and another 10x3mm silver-plated flower bead cap.
Crimp the end of the strands as you did in Step 2, treating the two strands of beading wire as one.
Attach a 22x6mm silver-plated ice pick bail to a Crystal Passions 28mm edelweiss pendant drop.
Using a 5mm 20-gauge silver-plated round jump ring, attach the bail to the loop in the Accu-Guard wire protector from the crimp you created in Step 6.
Using a 4mm 20-gauge silver-plated round jump ring, attach one half of a 23x15mm silver-plated hook clasp to one end of the necklace. Repeat for the other end of the necklace.
