Instructions

Necklace Instructions

Step 1

Using 2-part epoxy, glue a Crystal Passions® 14x10mm crystal flamingo ignite pear fancy stone into a TierraCast® Almost Instant Jewelry® 18x14mm gold-plated pear-setting. Let it dry.

Step 2

Create a drop by threading a Crystal Passions® 4mm peach round pearl onto a 14Kt gold-filled 2-inch 22-gauge head pin. Finish with a double wrapped loop.

Step 3

Create a second drop by attaching a Crystal Passions® 8x6mm crystal mini pear drop to a 14Kt gold-filled 5mm 22-gauge round jump ring.

Step 4

Cut a 9-1/2 inch length of Accu-Flex® Dijon gold professional-quality beading wire. Put a bead stopper on the end of the beading wire.

Step 5

String eighty 4x1.5mm pink aragonite heishi beads onto the beading wire, placing a Miyuki #8 24Kt light gold-plated rocaille seed bead after every 10 beads for a total of nine seed beads.

Step 6

String onto the length of beading wire: one 12Kt gold-filled 2mm smooth tube crimp and one Accu-Guard™ 14Kt gold-filled 4mm tube wire protector. Pass the beading wire back through the crimp. Pull the beading wire so the crimp rests snug against the Accu-Guard leaving approximately 1/4 inch of beading wire on the end. Crimp, then trim the excess from the short end of the beading wire. Finish with a 12Kt gold-filled 4mm crimp cover.

Remove the bead stopper and repeat to crimp the other end of the beading wire.

Step 7

Attach the loop part of a 12Kt 10mm gold-filled round toggle clasp to one end of the beading wire. Attach a 14Kt gold-filled 5mm 22-gauge round jump ring to the other end.

Step 8

Cut a 9-1/2 inch length of 14Kt gold-filled 3mm oval long and short chain. Attach a 14Kt gold-filled 8x5mm lobster claw clasp to one end of the chain.

Step 9

Thread the free end of the chain through the loop of the toggle clasp. Then, using two 14Kt gold-filed 3.5mm 22-gauge round jump rings, attach the pendant from Step 1 to the other end of the chain.

Step 10

Using 14Kt gold-filled 5mm 22-gauge round jump rings, attach the drops from Steps 2 and 3 to the chain.

Earrings Instructions

Step 1

Create a drop by stringing four 4x1.5mm pink aragonite heishi beads and five Miyuki #8 24Kt light gold-plated rocaille seed beads onto a 14Kt gold-filled 2-inch 22-gauge head pin. Finish with a double wrapped loop.

Step 2

Create a drop by threading a Crystal Passions® 4mm peach round pearl onto a 14Kt gold-filled 2-inch 22-gauge head pin. Finish with a double wrapped loop.

Step 3

Create a second drop by attaching a Crystal Passions® 8x6mm crystal mini pear drop to a 14Kt gold-filled 5mm 22-gauge round jump ring.

Step 4

Using a 14Kt gold-filled 9mm 19-gauge round jump ring, attach all three drops to a 17mm sterling silver and cubic zirconia leverback ear wire.

Step 5

Repeat Steps 1 – 4 for the second earring.
